HEARING AND VISION SCREENINGS ARE AVAILABLE

AT THE JEFFCO CENTER FOR REMOTE LEARNING

WHO SHOULD GET TESTED:

• All students in prek, kindergarten, and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th grades

• Students in Special Education receiving services outlined in an IEP

• Students new to Jeffco Schools

• Any student that demonstrates difficulty accessing education related to a hearing or vision deficit

Hearing and vision problems can have major impacts on a child's development and ability to learn. Early identification and intervention minimize the effects of a hearing or vision deficiency on a child's development and education.
