Seniors & Families -
The end of the year is fast approaching. This is a reminder that all senior classes for both full and part time students end on Friday, May 5th. Teachers will accept work until 11:59 pm on May 5th. There is only one week remaining in all of your senior classes. If you have questions about your grades, make-up work, or anything to do with your class or classes, please contact your teacher directly.
Final grades will post to senior transcripts on Monday, May 8th in the afternoon.
What to do with your Jeffco Account?
After you leave Jeffco the district will disable your Google / Schoology / everything else accounts (I'm hearing sometime in July...?), and it would be tragic for you to lose access to all of the wonderful projects and papers and slide presentations and emails and whatnot that are stored in your Jeffco Google accounts.
There is a tool called Google Takeout that for whatever reason has been disabled for Jeffco staff accounts, but I hear that it works for student accounts. If you'd like to transfer ownership / download all of your Google Drive files and / or emails for future reference (you never know when you might need those citations from your fifth grade volcano presentation) do this:
1) Go to http://takeout.google.com and sign in to your school account
2) Go through the steps to transfer ownership or download all of your Google Drive files or emails or whatever you'd like to keep
3) Let me know if this worked for you or if the district is blocking this very useful tool
