Thursday, March 2nd we will be conducting our virtual staff/family conferences from 6 pm to 8 pm.  This is not a face-to-face event.  The link and directions below will direct you to our online scheduling tool, PTCFast, that will allow you to select teachers and times for phone calls and/or video chats with your student's teachers.  If you are unable to virtually meet with a teacher during this two-hour window or if there are no remaining time slots for the teacher with whom you wish to talk, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a meeting for a different time.

Parent/Family Signup Steps for Online Conferences: 

1. Go to sign up webpage: https://ptcfast.com/schools/Jeffco_Virtual_Academy

2. Select staff members you would like to make an appointment with and then select the Submit button. 

3. Answer questions for your situation.

4. Enter your and your student's information and select the Submit button.

5. Access link sent via email (check spam).

6. Select meeting times and select the Confirm button.

7. Review your confirmation email and note the phone # you are to call at your meeting time to reach the staff member.

*THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CONTACT STAFF MEMBERS AT YOUR SCHEDULED CONFERENCE TIME IS SPECIFIED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL UNDER 'LOCATION.'
